don't just dream, just do it!

Woke up this morning and thought about what i've said to one of my buddies yesterday. It reminded me of the movie "The Bucket List", its a rather nice movie i would say. The story is about 2 elderly guys diagnosed with terminal cancel and they made up a list called a list called the bucket list. A bucket list consist of things that they'll do before they pass on, something like a wish list. The moral of the story in the movie is actually don't leave things till the last minute... we humans spend most of our lives trying hard to survive in this rat race, forgetting the finer things in life. We're so busy making money that we forget what's really important... our family, friends and how to have fun.

Most of us that come to a stage where we're relatively comfortable with our living (if you're reading this blog means you'll have access to internet/ have your own pc and have enough cash to pamper yourself once in awhile). Now don't keep on saying that you do not have the financial fortitude to actually do the things that you dream of doing, cause i sincerely think that its a lame excuse. More over its more of the way how we Asians are brought up (especially if you're a Chinese). Speaking from experience... all Chinese bred human beings are thought how to make more money, save for the future, buy house & do business... but how long may i ask are we gonna save up, when would it ever be enough? The answer is it'll never be enough... what if you have a million dollars? Humans are a bunch of greedy creatures... a million? you'll want 2 million after that, then followed by 10 million and so on.

Yes, I do agree money can get you alot of things and its important, but does it really make one happy? I think not... Whats the point of having all the money and later just live to regret the things that you haven't done on your death bed? Things like diving Sipadan, driving a sports car, getting married, traveling to UK (Old Trafford)... live the dream that you've always dream of.

Even now, when i look back to my schooling days, the only thing that i would even remotely regret are my results (never gotten straight A's, and never would - but who cares? ahahaha), but other than that, I am really glad that I'm so overly blessed to have parents that gave everything they can and could to make sure that I live my life to the fullest. Thinking back now, I've been more of a Jack of all Trades, and I can even leave the world now knowing that I've done all i can without any regret in my study days.

Lets see... my list of "conquest":...
