I guess this was one of the best timing ever for an event to come along. Just got back my new D300 from Penang (and i say got back my new D300 cause i found out my "old" D300 was a second hand unit- long story, this'll be another series) and i wanted to test out my "new" camera with a full blown event, and not testing it at home where not much would surprise you or test out how well you can use your camera (u get what i mean la).
Got a late mail from my head of ministry (DUMC) so i decided, what the heck, i might as well go along and test out my new TOY and then attend the Saturdays service. Well... all i can say is the camera performed to its expectation and better! So sample it for yourself here then and let me know what you think :) - note that all these photos are taken at quite low lighting.
Just love shooting children... their just so natural and carefree... don't even care about the scary uncle pointing a camera at them.
